    This course is suitable for students who have almost no English foundation and need to begin with the most basic phonetic vocabulary and grammar. It starts with natural spelling and foundational English learning, incorporating highly effective learning methods. Through situational teaching, students can build a vocabulary of 700 to 1,000 words. This is a preparatory course designed for entry into elementary-level classes. The course content is closely aligned with real-life situations and uses globally recognised Cambridge English textbooks. Lessons are delivered by experienced instructors and reinforced through practical exercises, making it easier for students to understand and retain what they learn. The course is especially effective in helping learners overcome barriers to speaking, communicate confidently in everyday situations, and express themselves accurately and idiomatically in spoken English. It also significantly enhances the practical use of spoken English.

    General English Certificate 2

    Weekday class: Every Monday & Wednesday evening 7:30-9:30

    Weekend class: Every Saturday & Sunday morning 9:00-11:00

    3 months/24 classes, rolling classes throughout the year, $1350

    This course is suitable for students who already have a basic foundation in English, possess some vocabulary, and are able to engage in simple conversations, but are not yet comfortable learning in a fully English-taught environment. It is suitable for graduates of domestic high schools, technical schools and college-level students. The second module uses the unique “Star Course” in pronunciation, as well as topic-based instruction. It adopts an exclusive input-output integrated teaching model (beyond just bilingual input classes), moving away from traditional teacher-centered instruction. This approach allows students to actively participate and then assimilate and practice in class. The course focuses on expanding students’ proficiency in pronunciation, vocabulary, and practical sentence structures used in everyday life. It covers 16 classic real-life and work-related topics, aimed at listening, speaking, reading, and writing — with a strong focus on listening and speaking. The vocabulary range can reach 2,000 to 2,500 words and is closely aligned with daily communication needs.

    3 months/24 classes, rolling classes throughout the year, S$1350

    This course is ideal for students who have a certain foundation in English and possess acceptable reading and writing skills, but who struggle with listening and speaking. It is suitable for domestic college students or those at a CET-4 (College English Test Band 4) level. The course is delivered entirely in English and features topic-based instruction. It adopts an exclusive input-output integrated model, replacing traditional teacher-centered methods. This learner-centered approach enables students to gain full speaking practice, apply what they have learned in real-life contexts, and make rapid progress. It is designed to help students overcome “dumb English” and achieve significant improvements across listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Vocabulary acquisition can reach 2,500 to 3,500 words. The intermediate-level course also includes an IELTS preparation plan to help strengthen students’ foundational skills. The curriculum is aligned with IELTS topics and integrates practical communication skills. At the same time, because IELTS is highly applicable to real-life scenarios, the course is equally suitable for students who aim to improve their general English proficiency—especially in listening and speaking.
